Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you’re building. We’ll come back within one working day with a scoping plan, a timeline, and the names of the people who’ll actually do the work.

Send a brief.

Anything you can share helps us scope — but a few lines is enough to start.

03Common questions

Things people usually ask before reaching out.

How long does an EIA usually take in KSA?

Most EIAs we run sit on a 12–20 week critical path, including baseline survey windows, modelling cycles, and regulator review. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in the first scoping call — no guesswork.

Do you work outside Saudi Arabia and Bahrain?

Our base is the GCC, with deep regulatory fluency in KSA and BH. We’ve supported clients on regional programmes spanning the broader Gulf, and partner with international firms for projects beyond our footprint.

Can you support an existing project mid-flight?

Yes. Around 30% of our mandates start as “help” engagements — an EIA stuck in regulator review, a permit gap discovered late, a baseline survey that needs strengthening. Get in touch and we’ll triage.

What information do you need to scope a project?

A short brief is enough to start: site coordinates or ownership boundary, project type and scale, regulator(s) involved, target permit dates, and any existing studies. We’ll come back with a scoping memo within a working week.
